fees AND COURT COSTS and will save and hold harmless Ace Web Creations and all associates
FROM ALL COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LIABILITY. We accept no
liability whatsoever for any copyright violation since we
are primarily using material you have furnished to us.
You have
to provide us with your original content - words, logos, and
any specific graphics you want used. We do have a graphics
library to use if needed. If we receive notice of a copyright violation, you will
be contacted
immediately. Your material may have to be
withdrawn from publication on the internet until final
resolution of the true copyright owner is determined.
All
disputes are strictly between the parties and do not involve
Ace Web Creations. We will not become involved.
This is a legal issue and we are not attorneys. It is
strictly between you and the complaining party to resolve
any copyright issues. Once it is resolved, let
us know in writing, as well as the complaining party, what the outcome is and we'll proceed
accordingly from there.
If you
are the prevailing party in the dispute, any changes will be undone and no fees will be
charged to return your site to its original content for
the remainder of the time, if any, you have paid for.
If you are
not the prevailing party in the copyright dispute, all
monies paid to Ace Web Creations will not be prorated or
returned. We have done our work. Your web site
will remain offline as it was previously done. If you
want to redo your website, you will be charged at the
current rates as a new creation will be needed.
Copyright violations can be
VERY
EXPENSIVE And time consuming for YOU,
so think twice before taking someone else's words,
graphics, or any other material. We will have no
way of knowing that you took someone else's materials
until it's too late.
Any complaints
we receive demand your full, undivided and immediate
attention and full resolution.
